After a very frustrating experience on the phone with LG tech support for my washing machine issue and finally connecting with someone to arrange for an in-person visit from an actual person to diagnose the problem (for a quoted price of $399+tax!!!), I said, "No thanks, I will look for someone else." I researched local vendors for LG service. I ran across Appliance Works and am so glad I did. They answered the phone right away, asked some pertinent questions, and said they could have a technician out to my house the next day. Jarret called me when he was enroute (during the specified time frame) and showed up about 20 minutes later. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were fortunate that he had the necessary part with him. The price was very reasonable (much less than LG's price just to show up), and the job was completed in less than 3 hours. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Appliance Works and Jarret.
