Think you should do a better job of details. You removed a 3/8 elbow I had on the unit so you could connect a garden hose. You didn't replace it and you technician had to go to Home Depot and buy one. You left off the two front plates that cover the front. Scheduled to come out and replace them and cancelled because the technician had gone to Birmingham and had the plates with him. Had to reschedule to put the plates on.
