I called ProServ when the heating element failed in my oven along with the LED display. I was pleased to learn that a technician would be at my home the following day sometime between 12 and 5. I received a call from Michael at 12:05 and he arrived at my house at 12:20. Michael was pleasant, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my range could not be repaired as it is 24 years old and the circuit board needed is no longer available. However, their prompt service allowed me to replace the appliance within 48 hours.
