CONCERN: Customer reports washer won't drain. CAUSE: Found washer drain pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working properly. CAUSE: Found refrigerator defrost timer and bi metal failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator defrost timer and bi metal tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking out of the front. CAUSE: Washer door seal came undone. CORRECTION: Reinstalled door gasket and tested. Operation now normal
CONCERN: Customer states washer is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall receptacle for proper outlet voltage to washer, wall receptacle voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected washer controls for proper input voltage, voltage normal at time of inspection. Inspected washer interlock continuity, found washer interlock switch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer interlock switch and tested on all cycles, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer base issue. CAUSE: Found washer back cracked; Broken feet & base. CORRECTION: Installed new base with feet. Operation now normal.
CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator not cooling well. CAUSE: Found evaporator fan blade hitting shroud. CORRECTION: Adjusted blade, and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold on refrigerator side. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected compressor operation, evaporator fan and condenser fan operation, all normal. Found frost build up on evaporator coils. Tested defrost heater for continuity, Found defrost heater, limiter, and thermistor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced defrost heater, limiter, and thermistor. Tested operation, all normal upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is running with no water in it CAUSE: Found washer water pressure sensor bad CORRECTION: Replaced and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working like it should. CAUSE: Found evaporator leaking freon. CORRECTION: Replaced evaporator and receiver dryer, checked for leaks and tested. Operation now normal.
