I am sure the repair person could have done any better. The 1st fix was $300 +, the 2nd. fix was another $300 +. I did ask the repair person if this 2nd. call could have been avoided by testing out the 1st. repair which he did. So is possible to improve the test on the first repair to catch the 2nd. problem? Thanks
$185 for two pieces of plastic and 15 minutes of work is out of line!
The technician was knowledgeable and did a good job correcting the problem with our dishwasher. He was also accommodating with our schedule. Would definitely use Affordable Appliance Repair (or SaveOnApplianceRepair) in the future.
Carlos always knows what he is doing. We always ask for him. He knew the problem immediately and fixed it fast!
Save On Appliance has been my go-to appliance repair for some time now. Last service was for my refrigerator. It had developed a leak under it, the ice maker quit working, and the outer water/ice dispenser hadn't worked even since time we moved into our house. Carlos showed up and spent 2 hours figuring everything out and fixing it on the spot. Everything works perfect now, and it was so reasonably priced! Thank you, Carlos!
I can’t say enough about the great service we received from a Josh when our washing machine broke. He phoned prior to the appointment so that he could have a sense of what the problem might be and arrived right on time. Turned out to be a different problem but he got the part and completed the repair the same day! This is the second time I’ve used AAR and I would absolutely recommend them.
Called another company who charged $99 to come out and assess the problem. Was going to be an additional $200 to fix it. Decided to look around - this company charged $200 to fix but had I called them first there would have been no $99 diagnostic visit.
Technician arrived on time as promised and had all parts needed to repair our noisy drier within an hour. No mess was left and we are very pleased with the work done. Will definitely call again for future needs.
