Service call. Customer concern: Unit is leaking water DIAGNOSIS: Found excessive suds in the tub. Cleared suds out of unit and ran through cycle. No leaks after clearing suds at this time
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not working. CAUSE: Found washer main control board failed. CORRECTION: Q'd 491.90 main pcb. Unit working at time of call but issue is intermittent no start.
CONCERN: Customer reports that the washer is not draining. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to washer, voltage output from wall outlet normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage output from control to washer drain pump, voltage to drain pump normal at the time of inspection. Found washer pump impeller was trying to turn however the technician found washer drain pump clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Removed drain pump to clear debris and re-installed, check for leaks and tested, Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is shutting off intermittently . CAUSE: Found washer motor control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced motor control board and tested unit, operation is now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not as cold as it should be. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage output, voltage output normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down. Inspected voltage input at the condenser fan motor, input voltage was normal at the time of inspection. Found condenser fan motor Locked up and not running. CORRECTION: Replaced condenser fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.

Refrigerator service call. Ice Maker water fill tube partially froze over. Causing water to be diverted to the bottom of the freezer. Removed back panel in freezer and refrigerator to remove lots ice build up.
CONCERN: Customer reports trash compactor is not working properly. CAUSE: Found gears stripped, ground wire off of motor, and activator foot pedal out of adjustment. CORRECTION: Replaced gears, reinstalled ground wire, adjusted foot pedal, and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply to the washer for apparent leaks, no leaks from water supply to washer. Inspected washer water valve for leaks, no leaks at the washer water valve. Inspected washer dispenser and dispenser supply hoses for leaks, no leaks at this time. Inspected washer door boot, found washer door boot seal torn. CORRECTION: Replaced washer door boot seal and checked for leaks. Operation now normal, no leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports washer water inlet is not working properly. CAUSE: Found washer water valve failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer water valve and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal

Inspected for proper input voltage from junction box to control board, voltage input to control board normal at time of inspection. Inspected output voltage from dishwasher control board to dishwasher pump and motor assembly, output voltage to pump and motor assembly normal at the time of inspection. Found dishwasher pump and motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher pump and motor assembly and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
