Brian called within minutes of my request through Home Advisor. Riley came out promptly, diagnosed the problem with our Maytag gas dryer. Called on a Friday afternoon and scheduled for Monday. He came Friday around 6:30 pm. Brian was a perfectionist, making sure that everything was just right...even more than we reported wrong on our dishwasher. I will use this service for any appliance problem in the future!
