We called the professionals at Top Notch for an issue we were having with our dryer. I suspected the heating element had gone out as there was no heat from the dryer. One of their service techs, Brian, showed up the same day! He was very professional and I felt like this was a company I could trust right off the bat. He got right to work diagnosing the problem with the dryer, sure enough the heating element went bad. What really impressed me about this company, was the above and beyond call of duty and service we received. Brian not only repaired the heating element but also provided a tune up service for the entire dryer. He was able to not only fix the one issue, but fixed multiple issues we didn't even know we had with the machine! But to top it all off, and without even asking, they went ahead and checked our washer for proper functioning, and found the agitator was not functioning properly so the clothes were not being washed properly! I highly recommend Top Notch Appliance Repair! Professional, prompt, great service and great pricing. 5 stars to the pros at Top Notch and a big thank you to service tech Brian!

My repair technician was on time and professional HOWEVER, I was given a total amount WITHOUT a chance to review the per line charges. I had to request a receipt for my payment which I didn't receive until after the technician left. It was then I discovered I'd been charged a Service Call Fee and a separate Labor fee. Most any other company would have applied the Service Call fee to the Labor charge. I was also not advised of this ahead of time. I will not be recommending this company to anyone due to their fees and billing practices.

Based on the conversation I had with the technician and with you over the phone, you agreed that you were in fact given a price before any work was completed. The way our accounting system works is that it does not send an invoice until the technician files the job as "complete and paid". Had there been any questions regarding the charges, your technician would have been happy to address those questions prior to the completion of any repair. Your receipt was delivered to your email while the technician was still standing in your kitchen, before you asked for a copy.
