After having four different service technician from a different company improperly repair my unit in less that 10 months, and requesting Samsung send a different company; I was sent to unique. It was the best experience with a service technician I’ve had this entire time. The tech was helpful, knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix the previous techs improperly put together work. I will recommend unique repair to anyone who needs repair work.
