I took a chance based on nearby neighbor's recommendation to give Zoom Appliance Service a try with my older washer and dryer repairs. Tom Cowan came on my call to evaluate the repair options based on my explaination of recent issues. He was able to complete repairs to my dryer, but unfortunately, the washer was of an age that the timer was discontinued for that model. I will be getting a replacement unit soon. But Tom also took down all of the Model & Serial Numbers of other appliances, to add to my file for future need. I plan to pass his name and number on to other friends who have had need of his services.
