Tommy came to fix the heating element of our dryer. He called me and told me how far away he was (and was on time!) He was able to diagnose it in less than 5 minutes and had the parts ready and fixed it in less than an hour! He was super friendly as well! I’ll be using Zoom for all of my appliance repairs in the future and recommending him to everyone I know!

He gave me great advise on cleaning the tub due to white soap residue left on my cloths after washing. I’ll be doing the vinegar and water cleanse. Also amount of soap to amount of load.
