Got some cases held over the weekend for a client who was not appearing on felony settings. The prior prosecutor was willing to cut slack based on unusual circumstances but we would have run out of time with anyone. We have good offers on the cases but we're still determined to find solutions the client can achieve. Time to meet with the judge.
