Client had over $6600 in tickets go into warrant over the past three years. We lifted them and got them into court but all the officers are still employed by Irving PD. Their complaints are good and we have no compliance or other defenses. Best way out is to minimize cost and avoid convictions without burying client in debt. We got more than half dismissed with deferred on the rest and the cost down to $2900 with 90 days to pay. Great result.
