Getting bond signed at the Plano Jail for a client being held without bond on a theft case. We are getting a bond set through a process called a writ of habeas corpus, also known as a writ Bond. This will keep our client from having to be held overnight, transferred to Collin County, and waiting for arraignment. Client should get out tonight.
Posting more attorney bonds to get someone released from jail. This time it's warrants from the Plano Municipal Court. We'll get this guy out so he can go live it up on New Year's Eve tonight. Hopefully he'll have fun without ending up in jail again.
