Getting bond signed at the Plano Jail for a client being held without bond on a theft case. We are getting a bond set through a process called a writ of habeas corpus, also known as a writ Bond. This will keep our client from having to be held overnight, transferred to Collin County, and waiting for arraignment. Client should get out tonight.
