It took just under 3 weeks between ordering and installation of my deck awning from Sun & Shade in Three Rivers. It was a pleasure to work with the staff...and it is nice knowing they are available for any future needs. The awning comes with a warranty you won't find with other brands and the quality of the product is top notch. Looking forward to years of keeping cool on my newly shaded deck!!!

We are completely satisfied with the motorized awning installation by Mark Bidelman of Sun and Shade awning. The product is awesome - it works smoothly and quietly every time. It is clear that customer satisfaction is tops on Mark's list. He quickly replied to all of our questions, he worked with our schedule, the installation was timely, and done correctly the first time. We've not needed any additional service, but I'm confident that the excellent service demonstrated during our purchase and install will continue if and when we need additional services.

This is a great company to do business with before, during, and after the sale! Very polite, nice, and professional people. I got a great price on my awning with the Home and Garden Expo promotion sale. They were prompt at coming out to take measurements and so I could look at color samples. The awning arrived even sooner than they promised. They came out on a Saturday morning to install it, so I would not have to take time off work! (That was fantastic customer service!!) It was up on my house and I was using it before the actual promised date. Now that is service! My first winter having the awning they even came out and put the cover on it for me, so I would know how to do it myself in the future. That is true service after the sale!! That is hard to find these days! I would highly recommend doing business with Sun and Shade Awning, Mark and his great group of workers! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. On top of all this, I absolutely love my awning and the great outdoor space it provides me! It gives my deck a whole different feel and I can enjoy my deck for many more hours during the day, when before it would be too hot due to the sun. Call them! You will not be sorry!

Mark has done several extensive projects for my husband and I. I absolutely could not be happier with the results! Our awning our awning is fantastic and the covers on the gazebo are amazing!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work!!
