The leak happened Saturday, we were told that someone would be out Saturday night to look into the issue. They did not come and was rescheduled for Sunday to come. The plumber came around 8am in the morning but did not finish until 7 or 8pm. It took the plumber almost 12 hours to finish, which he sat in his vehicle for a few hours saying he was waiting for someone. The job was done very messy and water was everywhere, this took place in our kitchen which was very unsanitary. What really bothered me is After waiting 12 hours to get the job done, having huge holes in our ceiling, the issue still wasn’t taken care of and we had to call maintenance again and they sent out roto rooter, who was more neat and cleaner with the job and fixed the issue.
