We've been wanting to do this project for a while but thought it would a headache. The process from beginning to end was great and what a huge difference in the appearance of our home. Gary and Lee were the installers and they couldn't have been nicer. They moved all plants and furniture and cleaned up nicely after they were done. Here's the proof in the pudding...there was one item that I asked about and Sonny came back the very next day and did it. I interviewed five different companies for this identical project and this product was by far and strongest and quality product by far and basically sold itself. I didn't realize how chintzy and cheap our other system was and no wonder why we had issues. We can now rest easy that no one has to climb ladders to clean out debris. With a lifetime warranty which is also transferable to a new homeowner is also another reason why I went this direction. Quality all the way.
