David was able to discuss the trouble spots at various locations and realistically assess how to treat them and what I should expect. One 2'x3' stain appeared after an inferior carpet cleaning company "cleaned" my carpets two years ago and after repeated attempts they were unable to get it out, but David was able to pull up the carpet and check what was happening underneath and treat it properly and the stain is gone and the carpet in that area looks like new now! The work they did in stretching the carpet in hallways and a couple rooms to get out the waves that had developed over time worked out great. Having long term employees who care about their work is a sign of a very good company and I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets again.
