The scheduler went above and beyond to work our project in over a busy holiday weekend and adjust the timing the day-of to make it work for everyone. Excellent communication before, during and after service. Job was executed professionally, cleanly, and with minimal invasion. The crew took extra steps to protect furnishings and flooring, explained the products and process being used to perform the work, and cleaned up after themselves. Very neat and efficient. The carpet cleaning results were superb. Definitely highly recommend Absolute Carpet Care for any floor/carpet cleaning needs.
