I have never worked with ChemDry before. In fact, I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before. I enjoy a clean house and try to get my family to leave our shoes at the door whenever possible. Corey was extremely professional. He called me first thing this morning to let me know what time he would be arriving. He then called me a second time to let me know he was on his way. I really appreciated that second call as it allowed me time to round up our 2 cats. When Corey arrived, he explained exactly what he would be doing. Offered additional services that might be beneficial to our carpets. He was so friendly and helpful. He had s special flashlight that he used to identify stains, and he didn't seem bothered by all my questions. He worked so diligently! He did not even stop for a break. I really think our house could have called for 2 people, but he is obviously a professional and clearly loves his job! My carpet now looks new and it is over 15 years old!!
