This was the first time that I have needed a carpet cleaner in this area and overall I was not displeased that I went with Chem-Dry. The office staff that I spoke on the phone with and the technicians themselves were all friendly and professional. They talked with me about the carpet they were cleaning and seemed efficient and knowledgeable. My one complaint was the scheduling. When I made the appointment I was given a 5 hour window for when the technicians might come. When I called back the day of the appointment I was told what window of time the technician would call during to narrow down the time for my appointment in the afternoon, but it was another hour and 45 mins past that time frame before I was called. The technician explained that they had had a very busy day when he called, but the lack of scheduling correspondence really was frustrating. Altogether though, I was pleased with the service and would definitely consider using them again when I needed carpets cleaned.
