After having a very bad experience with previous company we had to hire another carpet cleaner who could help us get our deposit back. We had several stains from kids and pets and some odor as well. The odor got worse after the first company did the job. I was recommended by a neighbor to contact power pup. Although I wish I would have hired them in the first place, it still ended up being ok. They removed almost every stain and got our carpets looking great. On my final day of walk through the landlord was happy and we did get our deposit back.
