The technician that arrived was very polite and informative. I have no problems with the technician. However the service this company provides is not worth the time or money. We scheduled a clean based on our schedule with listing our home. I received a call 30 minutes prior to our appointment time asking if I would be able to reschedule for the next day. I was not able to and had to wait to find out if anyone was even coming. We were given a new time of 4pm and then technician arrived shortly after 4. I had to cancel our evening classes for our kids to accommodate the new time, because it had to be done the day I scheduled the appointment for. The technician assessed the carpet and recommended a deep clean because one of our children had smeared toothpaste on the carpet. The deep clean price was 4 times the advertised regular cleaning price, so we chose to stay with the regular cleaning. It basically looks like it was vacuumed. Also to note - I had pulled everything off the ground to clean but forgot one small trash can, which the technician didn’t even move to clean under. A waste of money. A waste of my day.
