I am NOT exaggerating when I rate 5 stars!!! I am extremely pleased with both the quality of work and the quality of personality of Reggie K. He not only quoted me numbers for the job, he educated me on what would best resolve my carpet issue. Having dropped food while eating (stains), tracked dirt & debris, played on, and simply walked on - my carpet is brand new!!! I am a new customer, and after the exceptional quality of Reggie's work today, you all definitely have retained a customer!!!
