My order took 45 minutes even though the restaurant was not particularly packed or busy. It appeared that my order wasn't started when I arrived at the 30 minute Mark. Then an order came up, but they said it wasn't mine. After 15 minutes of waiting, they gave me the same order that had been sitting there. I think they were trying to shorten my wait by giving me someone else's order. Disappointed in the long wait.
