I placed an online order of mozzarella sticks to be picked up at 12:30 PM last Friday. I got to the restaurant at 12:28 and was handed my bag and I left. When I got back to work (which is less than 5 mins from the restaurant) the mozzarella sticks were ice cold, hard, and had no flavor. Seriously disappointed.
