In all that is going on with restaurants being closed etc, we really miss dining out but.... there is a LIGHT in Pittsburgh. Chef Simon and the team at the Carlton are keeping the LIGHTS on and keeping it going in a compliant way!!!! We are still able to get some of our favorite dishes, desserts and wines to take home and their FRESH Meats and seafood with great recipies have also helped us to enjoy cooking at home.
