Pleasant experience overall, under the circumstances. It was very nice that all of the items were heated and cooked at the same temperature for a narrow range of tones so all could be done around the same time. The salad was disappointing with a lot of stems of the lettuce and not enough egg and bacon and cheese. You really shouldn’t do “Beef Wellington in this format for one. After “cooking” for 18 minutes it was chunks of undercooked beef and raw onions and mushrooms in a pocket of nearly raw dough! My wife’s salmon was excellent. I liked the cheese and potato casserole. We really want you to succeed but I don’t think that you should put “Beef Wellington” on a “heat and serve for one” menu.
