Quick Solution

After submitting my problem through the "Support" tab, RCS was able to resolve my issue (the first one we've ever had), in just over an hour. It was also the end of the day on a Friday, but it still was treated with a rapid response and resolution.

Client reported that her cover sheet has deactivated. It shows activated but does not show up. Verified this information is correct and sent to Joel to take a look. Joel informed there is an issue with the cover sheets for accounts which don't have the upgraded quote module and should be fixed. Lisa has noted as well to test. Verified it was fixed. Informed the client about it.

Client is asking why the service fee added to a menu item does not reflect under sales journal on RCS catering software. Meredith turned in ticket for client and our tech team was able to take care of the coding for the service fee to show. Meredith informed the client on the update.
