Client wants to find out if there is a way in RCS Catering software to let customers know that a certain menu item is not available only for a specific Order Type specifically online. Told her she can put a short phrase beside the menu item name so it would directly inform the customer. Did a sample for her and showed her how it would appear online and sent her a video on how to do it.
Client wanted to know how to make sure that the correction for a monthly email includes the original content the next time she sends it out to avoid confusion to their customers. Told her to preview the email first by sending it to her email address and double check if everything is in there and sent her the article on How to Create an Email campaign so she can refer to the steps on previewing.
