We're a BBQ Caterer that just served them our Texas Beef Brisket- Full Pan 12 lbs, Smoked Turkey Breast- Full Pan 12 lbs, Poblano Cheddar Sausage - Full Pan, Baked Mac and Cheese - Full Pan, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy - Full Pan, Garden Vegetable Salad - Half Pan and Honey Buttered Cornbread - Half Pan.
