Just did another Pickup catering. We're a BBQ Caterer that just served them our Texas Beef Brisket - 1/2 Pan 5 lbs, Carolina Pulled Pork - Half Pan 5 lbs, Baked Macaroni & Cheese - 1/2 Pan, Pit Smoked Beans - 1/2 Pan and Herbed Redskin Potatoes -1/2 Pan.
