The smoke turkey and beef brisket were very good. Mash potatoes, stuffing, and macaroni and cheese were just average. The bread rolls were beginning to mold.

I am very sorry that your customer experience was less that Great. I am taking steps to make sure only fresh bread gets put with an order. I am embarrassed for this happening to you in front of your guests! In hindsight, the fact that you picked up the food hot but were not serving it for 4-5 hours may have had a negative effect on the sides. I should have recommended to picked it up cold with heating instructions. I will be sending you a direct message via email to discuss a resolution.
