The people part of my experience was great. the side dishes were very good too. ( mac n cheese, coleslaw, potato salad) The smoked chicken breast was wonderful. The smoked tri tip was over cooked, tough and not enjoyable and the pulled pork was very dry. Too bad because everything else was good.
