One of the things I have liked the best is the fact that information is readily provided, either by email,Facebook, or calling me, I am not relying on second hand info from other parents. I liked the fact that they are willing to help you make payment arrangements and work with you if you have scheduling conflicts. My oldest daughter really enjoys her weekend classes with Mrs Debbie, but can only attend about two weekends of every month. They are very understanding regarding this. My daughter liked that she recieved a lot of feedback in class so she knows what she needs to work on and improve, she liked the music used , and told me she feels her teacher likes her, that's important. Mrs Debbie is very approachable with parents and gives honest opinions and advice. Mrs Debbie is very detail oriented, unlike a lot of dance studios, this one seems to have an objective approach to how students are placed and evaluated for promotion to the next level. My youngest daughter , 7 years old, is really enjoying her sapphires class, after her first quarter , she will get to move up to the next class level. The building is nice , it is in an office park, everything is clean , nice waiting room, tge front desk lady is sweet and the other parents are friendly. My oldest daughter , who is almost 13 said the girls in her class were really easy going, she didn't feel like an outsider. The only thing I would change is , I wish they had automatic monthly payments and private training for those who cannot make weekday classes.
