The product just flat works. I used three coats on leaky cinder blocks and their joints and haven’t had a drop of water coming thru the walls. The staff was super helpful. They honored a promotional discount offered from a prior inquiry. The staff recommended that I heat the surface before applying the product. I did use the the propane weed burner to heat the concrete block to maximize Sani-Tred penetration. The results are amazing. Joe S
