The ladies both behind the desk and working in scrubs always took the time to answer all my questions (and I had a bunch!) Surgery can be intimidating, both the health aspects and the insurance aspects. Sometimes you can feel like you are asking "dumb questions" but they never made me feel like my questions were. Thank you, Linda especially, for all your one on one with me and those insurance questions! I would bring a jacket when you come though, it can get a bit chilly inside if you're like me and always cold inside Florida buildings :).
