it took over two hours to get a temporary crown out on today. not terribly enjoyable either way, but two hours in the chair at lunch was not fun. also, I have never had a problem scheduling or rescheduling ever, but no one ever discussed how much money this was costing me out of pocket. today I was presented with a Bill from october, I have no problem paying the subsequent bills but no one ever mentioned them to me until today. I thought I had a zero or minimal balance. im also long time family customer.
