My installers showed up on time, we’re considerate to call and advise they would arrive shortly. This timely call provided me the opportunity to finish my morning breakfast and coffee. The crew were scheduled for two days to complete the work, it only took one day. I want to thank this company that has hired outstanding craftsman that know what to do and how the finished work should look like when completed!

I would like to point out that the installation of our replacement windows performed by Folkers Windows was for all intents and purposes perfect. The insulation team worked in harmony and the job was completed well and in a short period of time. Caulking was done very well. The function of the windows was so smooth, it was obvious that nothing had been installed that would cause them to bind. I am very happy with this work.

Alex and Steven were prompt, explained exactly what they were going to do when they arrived, and were extremely thorough, kind, and respectful the duration of the job. There was an imperfection with the door, but they identified it and presented it as well as a solution before I noticed. I really appreciate Alex and Steven explaining the details of the doors and shutters as well as next steps for payment and scheduling an inspection. The guys were so thorough that they clean my patio seat cushions that were dirty from prior lawn maintenance. I’m very happy with the work completed and look forward to hiring Folkers again.

Steven and his crew from Folkers Windows just finished a week long install of hurricane impact rated sliding doors and windows on our house. Steve ran the job very professionally letting us know what the install plan was and kept us informed on progress throughout. He and his crew were efficient and well organized. They cleaned up as they went along and did not leave a messy work area. Steve made certain to touch base with us at the start of each day, throughout the day, and at the end of the day to make sure we're informed and satisfied. There were some carpentry modifications that were required and Folkers did a good job of blending them in with the house design. Steve was a pleasure to work with - friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. I would recommend Folkers and Steve and his crew to anyone considering similar renovations.
