Richie S. Arrived on time, and got directly to work. I ran into a problem with my toilet late Friday night. I called two other companies with no response or a call back. Richie S. Called me shortly after the call I made scheduling the appointment. Letting me know his whereabouts, and his ETA. He recognized the problem immediately , and had it fixed in no time. The price was more then fair! I'm happy I had awful luck with the other two companies, and was able to have an amazing experience with Butler Drains :)
