This was my first time using Butler Drain Services, and it was a great experience. First off, I got a same day appointment. When Richie arrived, he was personable; he explained the pricing policy and what happens should the job need to go to the next step. Fortunately he solved the problem on the first go around. I would definitely use Butler Drain Services again.
