Richie is a gem! He conducted himself in an excellent and honorable manner, taking total command of situation. My elderly veteran uncle sorely needed a solid diagnosis for his stopped up kitchen sink. Richie did that, gave him a great price AND ran out to pick up ice melt for his walkway! Also, Rose, my initial contact, was excellent, and thanks also to Richie's boss, who was available for consultation. What a well run organization! It was a heart warming experience!

The service was great. Richie was on time and very careful about keeping everything clean. I had a grease clog in the main sewer pipe that refused to budge. It took most of the day to clear it out but he didn't give up. You may pay a little more with these guys, but they do quality work.
