I reached out to George, who was extremely responsive and professional. Did I mention punctual as well? When he stepped onto my property, I immediately relaxed knowing he was a pro; he definitely has done this a while. I felt taken care of and listened to regarding our project. I was so impressed, I made up my mind that this was the company I would hire. Fast forward to our installation: AMAZING! Not only was the work done in one day, but the crew was efficient, safe, and polite. I felt they cared for my property as much as I do. George met me at dusk to go over the app controller, zones, etc. As the sun set, my jaw dropped at how gorgeous our property looked. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the installation, quality and service that has been provided. We love our new nighttime look highlighting our trees and arches around the house. The process from first meeting, design approval to install was quick and fairly simple. I am very pleased with the end result of enhancing the look of the house at night and added security by every entrance and window being lighted. I was surprised when I was told here's the timer box with instructions inside if you need to adjust it. I don't want that responsibility. But so far, the timing is good. If it becomes an issue, I'll just call George Waters and I expect he will take care of it.

Our experience was very positive from initial consultation and free quote through to follow up visit post-installation. Jerry was great and helped us determine the best design option for us. Our favorite feature is the moonlighting where lights in trees cast a glow across our lawn and sidewalk. The install team was meticulous and careful to not disturb our landscaping. Our home has been transformed from dark and deserted at night to absolutely beautiful….we love it!
