From the moment I called arc angel electric I had amazing customer service. The only woman who answered the phone explain to me that they were booked until Thursday (this was on a Monday) but asked if it was an emergency. I gave her my back story and she immediately sent an electrician out my way. Josh came to my house very promptly. I explained my situation and he took the time to listen to me and all of my concerns. He Thoroughly checked each outlet,light, fan, electronics and appliances and went the extra mile to confirm dish washer outlet had current but that the appliance was fried. He showed remorse for my situation instead of brushing me off and sending me for another loop. He was honest and extremely helpful. And he put my mind at ease that all of my electricity was reading correctly.
