After hurricane Sandy and 10days without power we decided to get a Generator. Generac became the obvious choice because of price and warranty. I chose Ben Franklin Electric because of the good reviews it had. My installation was complicated by the Sandy incident. BFE had to move my electrical panel from my basement where it was flood threatened to inside my home. Additionally, my generator had to be placed on a platform hidden behind the shrubs in my wife's garden. Pat of BFE accomplished all of this with a great and friendly attitude despite having to deal with our numerous and unnecessary concerns. I highly recommend BFE, a very responsible and professional outfit.
