Garage has seemed to have lost power. At the meter it is a main lug connection straight to the panel in the garage as well as the house. Correct voltage readings at meter side lugs. Zero readings in the garage. Pipe coming from meter side to garage is 2 in leaving meter and is an inch and a quarter coming up into the panel in the garage there is no sign of outside breaker enclosure or disconnect to garage. We might need to shut power off in order to troubleshoot problem.
