David was incredibly professional and knowledgeable when he came to perform an inspection on our house. Answered every question we had and demonstrated a great attention to detail - helped us diagnose a problem with our ceiling fan and another one related to some lighting issues in our basement in a matter of seconds (and he was right about what was wrong). He also identified some areas in the house that needed repairs, but unlike other companies, was very clear about what was needed for safety, what was needed to bring the house up to code, and what we could do at our leisure if we so desired. Didn't try to push any additional services on us, just explained all suggestions in such a way as to allow us to make our own decisions. Easily the best service I've had since buying my house - highly recommend!
