Brandon Richards provided service at my home for a panel tune-up and inspection. I found Electramedics from Angie's List and have never been disappointed by the companies on this list, Electramedics included. He was punctual, professional, and got right to work. Everything was in order and he recommended surge protection on our panels. He was quite knowledgeable, and since we had new AC units, we decided to install the surge protection. The only drawback was the high price. When I received a coupon from Electramedics three days later for the same installation at half the cost, I was shocked and promptly called the company. Bryan Richards was very helpful and corrected the problem to our satisfaction. In all, I received the best service possible from Brandon and Bryan, and add as well the front desk person who fielded my calls. I would definitely use Electramedics again.
