It took too long to get an appointment to fit into my schedule. I signed up for the $99.00 fee to assure me that when I have a need in the future then I will not have trouble getting a service appointment set. I will not know if this will occur until I have a need and attempt to schedule an appointment. Jeremy was very informative and helpful in explaining why I needed to spend over $1,000 to upgrade and protect my system, i.e., mounted on the outside of my house. Again I will not know if the purchase I have made will value out to the cost based on protecting future issues from happening as well as supposedly extending the life of the fuse box that is mounted on the outside of my house.
